Therapy helps us improve our relationship with ourselves and those we love. I specialize in assisting gay men with affirming their values and realizing their personal vision for themselves. I became credentialed as a therapist to help others enhance their daily experience by recognizing patterns needing to shift, improving the experience of the surrounding world, and feeling better overall.
I use several evidence-based modalities, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, EMDR and Mindfulness Based Cognitive Therapy. I also integrate yoga and meditation, when indicated, drawing from 20 years of practice and training. In session, we can better understand the scope of your challenges and how we can skillfully address them.
